How to reach us
Live chat runs around the clock from the bottom corner of every page, email reaches us at [email protected] at any hour, and there is no phone line. Chat replies average around ten minutes, while emails are answered within 24 hours.
The chat window opens without a login, so a question can be asked before an account exists. Outside staffed hours it is replaced by an offline form, and whatever you write there comes back by email, so nothing is lost by writing late at night.
- Live chat: the widget in the bottom corner of any page, open 24 hours.
- General enquiries: [email protected].
- Verification documents: [email protected], with your registered email address in the message.
- Offline form: replaces the chat window outside staffed hours, with the reply sent by email.
- Written correspondence: the postal address at the bottom of this page.
What to put in your message
A first message that carries the right details usually settles a case in one exchange rather than three. An agent asks for the registered email address before anything else, so lead with it.
- The email address the account is registered to.
- The transaction reference and the method used, for anything about a payment.
- The name of the promotion and the date you claimed it, for a bonus question.
- The game title and the approximate time, for a question about a round.
- A screenshot, where something on screen did not behave as expected.
Please never send a full card number or an account password. We do not ask for either, and a message that contains them is deleted rather than acted on.
How long a reply takes
Chat is answered in minutes for most of the day, and the queue runs longest through the European evening, when the live floor is busiest. Email is answered within 24 hours, and verification documents are reviewed inside the same window on a working day.
Payment questions can take longer when a case sits with a provider rather than with us, and we will say so rather than leave the thread quiet. A withdrawal already inside the pending period is not held by support, so a chat message will not shorten it.
If you are not satisfied
Say so in the same thread and the case moves to a senior member of the team, with the original transcript attached. Put the word complaint in the subject line of an email and it is routed the same way.
The platform holds a licence from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros rather than from the UK Gambling Commission, so a complaint that we cannot settle follows our own escalation route rather than a British regulator.
