What this policy covers
This policy applies to the personal information we handle when you visit the site, open an account, make a payment or contact our support desk. The data controller is Borse Limited, the company that operates the platform, registered in the Seychelles under number 240825.
By opening an account you accept the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, the account can be closed at any time from the profile menu or by writing to [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what an account needs in order to work and what the law requires us to hold. That falls into five groups.
- Account data: name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number and the currency chosen at registration.
- Verification documents: identity document, proof of address and, where a payout requires it, proof of the payment method.
- Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, bonuses claimed, wagering progress and the method used for each payment.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, session times and the pages opened on the site.
- Communications: chat transcripts, emails and any attachments you send us.
We do not ask for information we have no use for, and we never request a full card number or a banking password through chat or email.
Why we use it
Each piece of data has a purpose attached to it, and none of it is collected in case it turns out to be useful later.
- To open and run your account, credit balances and settle bets.
- To confirm that you are aged 18 or over before a first withdrawal is released.
- To process deposits and payouts through the provider you selected.
- To meet anti money laundering obligations, including source of funds checks on larger transactions.
- To detect fraud, duplicate accounts and bonus abuse.
- To answer support requests and keep a record of what was agreed.
- To apply the limits, time-outs and self-exclusions you set yourself.
- To send service messages and, where you agreed to them, promotional messages.
Our legal grounds
We rely on four grounds, depending on the purpose. Performance of a contract covers everything an account needs in order to function. Legal obligation covers age verification, anti money laundering checks and record keeping.
Legitimate interests cover fraud prevention, security and improving how the platform works. Consent covers marketing messages and any non essential cookies, and it can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the account.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not pass it to advertisers. It is shared only where a service cannot run without it.
- Payment providers and banks, for the deposit or payout you requested.
- Identity verification partners, for the age and document checks.
- Game studios, which receive the session data needed to run a round.
- Technical suppliers such as hosting and the live chat provider, under written agreements.
- Regulators, auditors and law enforcement, where a legal request requires it.
Every partner is bound to use the data only for the task we set them, and transfers outside your own country are covered by the safeguards that apply to that transfer.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept for the period required by anti money laundering rules, counted from the day the account closes. Verification documents are held for the same period, because they are the evidence that a check was carried out.
Self-exclusion records are kept for as long as the exclusion runs and afterwards, since deleting them would let an excluded account be reopened. Once no purpose and no legal duty remains, the data is deleted or anonymised.
How we protect it
Pages and payment forms run over an encrypted connection, and card details are processed to the PCI DSS standard by the payment provider rather than stored on our own systems. Access to account records is limited to staff whose work requires it, and every access is logged.
No system is beyond risk, so your own habits matter too. Use a password you do not reuse elsewhere, keep your registered email address secure and tell us straight away if you think somebody else has reached your account.
Your rights
You hold a set of rights over the information we keep about you, and none of them costs anything to use.
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold.
- Correction: have inaccurate or incomplete details put right.
- Deletion: ask us to erase data we no longer have a reason to keep.
- Restriction: ask us to pause processing while a dispute is looked at.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: stop marketing messages or non essential cookies at any time.
- Complaint: raise the matter with your national data protection authority.
Write to [email protected] from your registered email address and we will answer within one month. Some rights have limits, since we cannot delete records that anti money laundering rules require us to hold, and we will say so plainly rather than leave a request unanswered.
Marketing and choices
Promotional emails are sent only where you agreed to receive them, and every message carries an unsubscribe link. Turning marketing off does not affect service messages about payments, verification or account security, because those are part of running the account.
Changes and contact
This policy is reviewed regularly and updated when our practices or the rules change. The current version is always the one on this page, and a material change is announced on the site before it takes effect.
For anything covered here, write to [email protected] or use the live chat on any page. Please send data requests from the email address registered on the account, so that we can match it without asking for more documents than necessary.
